Larry L. Stevens is the Founder of Wall Street Brokers, Inc. in Seattle, Washington. He has worked as a licensed real estate broker (Washington State Real Estate Brokers License ST-EV-EL-L700B5) and a discounted note buyer since the 1950s.
Larry L. Stevens is the stepson of the late Earle Stevens and represents the second generation of Stevenses in the paper business. He served in the United States Marines during the Korean Conflict and has since worked in real estate development / brokerage and note buying. Today he is a nationally respected expert.
Larry L. Stevens brought his daughter Lorelei Stevens into the business in 1971. He taught her the note business, enabling her to become one of the nation's leading note buyers and a distinguished writer on the subject.
Larry L. Stevens remains the guiding force behind the day-to-day business of Wall Street Brokers. He is an experienced note appraiser.

Lorelei Stevens is president of Wall Street Brokers, Inc. in Seattle, Washington. She has been a licensed real estate broker (Washington State Real Estate Brokers License WA-LL-SB-*275LD) and a discounted note buyer since the 1970s.
Lorelei is the daughter of Larry L. Stevens and represents the third generation of Stevenses in the paper business. She has worked her entire adult life with Wall Street Brokers negotiating millions of dollars of paper and is a nationally recognized expert.
Lorelei has taught Legal Continuing Education seminars and has written numerous articles for legal, real estate and other professional publications on the subjects of seller-financing, managing, reinforcing and buying paper. She is the author of two books, one on seller-financing and another on note buying. She also writes a monthly column for
Noteworthy Newsletter and is a frequent contributor to The Paper Source.She is licensed by the State of Washington to teach seller financing to real estate agents (Instructor ID #:I0726, qualified to instruct Legal Aspects / Real Estate Finance / Real Estate Fundamentals / Escrow Practices). She is an experienced note appraiser.
